Ubicada en la vereda La Plazuela, La Capilla María Auxiliadora, antes llamada Divino Niño, se construyó en 1959 por iniciativa de la comunidad y del padre Hernesto Benito, se adjudicó su patronato al Divino niño y al convertirse en parroquia en el año 2.000 tomo el nombre de María Auxiliadora. Con el tiempo se ha posicionado como un referente religioso para la comunidad y visitantes que llegan a la iglesia de la plazuela, para asistir a la santa misa y como punto de encuentro de ciclistas. Es visitada con mayor ímpetu para la celebración del Señor de los Milagros los días 14 de cada mes.

La estructura es de una sola nave, sus paredes son en ladrillo cocido, pintadas en color blanco y detalles en color rojo. Posee tres campanarios y una imagen de María Auxiliadora y el Divino Niño sobre su entrada.

La vereda La Plazuela Se encuentra al nororiente del casco urbano a 5,5 km aproximadamente. Desde el parque principal, se toma al nordeste por la carrera 3 hacia la calle 4, posteriormente se toma la vía pavimentada hacia el municipio de San Cayetano, y en el sector Alto de la Cruz se hace un desvío hasta comunicar con la Vereda la Plazuela.

Located in the village of La Plazuela, the María Auxiliadora Chapel, formerly called Divino Niño, was built in 1959 at the initiative of the community and Father Hernesto Benito, its patronage was awarded to Divino Niño and when it became a parish in 2000 it took the name of Mary Help of Christians. Over time it has positioned itself as a religious reference for the community and visitors who come to the church in La Plazuela, to attend Holy Mass and as a meeting point for cyclists. It is visited with greater impetus for the celebration of the Lord of Miracles on the 14th of each month.

The structure is a single nave, its walls are in fired brick, painted in white and details in red. It has three bell towers and an image of Mary Help of Christians and the Divine Child on its entrance.

The path La Plazuela is located to the northeast of the urban area approximately 5.5 km away. From the main park, take the north-east on avenue 3 towards street 4, then take the paved road towards the municipality of San Cayetano, and in the Alto de la Cruz sector you make a detour until communicating with the Vereda la Plazuela .
